Whitney G. Gulden
Biography
Ms. Gulden concentrates her practice solely on matrimonial and family law. Ms. Gulden aims to help clients reach favorable agreements through negotiation, mediation, and communication- whether for a prenuptial agreement, custody dispute, divorce, or other family law matter. With a background in contentious and high-asset divorces, she is no stranger to the complex emotions and finances that may necessitate litigation.
Prior to joining LoPreto+Levy, Ms. Gulden worked as a matrimonial & family law associate and law clerk in the New York office of an AM200 law firm. While at Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Gulden was a Family Law & Policy Fellow, two-year co-chair of the BLS Legal Association for Women, and worked at a boutique matrimonial firm in Brooklyn.
Ms. Gulden is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. She actively volunteers on various committees for her literary fraternity and alma maters, including as a current member of the Board of Governors for the Hotchkiss School.
Born in Florida and raised in Connecticut, Ms. Gulden currently lives in downtown Manhattan with her rescue cat.
